SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME
Shipping time determines how quickly your item will be delivered to your doorstep once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. It doesn't include processing time (assembly and fulfillment time), which can take up to 15 business days.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday - Friday from 12:00PM - 6:30PM. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free Canada Post Standard shipping on orders over CAD $150.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given ingood faith but are estimates only.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
WE CURRENTLY SHIP CANADA-WIDE ONLY. Free Shipping is valid online only at glimpseandsee.ca within Canada. Qualifying amount applies to merchandise only, not gift cards, packaging, applicable taxes or shipping & handling charges. Please allow up to 10 business days for shipments. Other remote locations may take up to 15 business days. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. No adjustments on previous purchases. Offer is non-transferable and subject to change without notice.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
STANDARD DELIVERY: Allow up to 10 business days for delivery. For delivery to rural areas in Canada, delivery may take up to 15 business days. All other orders will be processed within 2-5 business days with the exception of:
- Prescription orders, custom orders, uncommon items and back-ordered items.
- Specialized contact lenses such as multi-focal, toric/astigmatism and extended wear.
All orders will be trackable. All delivery times are approximate only and not guaranteed. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote areas in Canada. PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed during holiday seasons or on statutory holidays may take longer than specified.
TRACKING
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
RESTRICTIONS
All purchases must be shipped to a residential address or a place of business for the purchaser. Purchases will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes, freight forwarders or re-shippers.
