We directly bill to insurance
For direct billing to go through, please ensure that you are registered with your insurance company for direct billing, and that your personal information is confirmed and up-to-date with the insurance company, such as your address, banking information, etc.

If the insurance company does not pay the clinic, or if the cost is not paid in full, we require the patient to pay for any remaining balance.
We can help fill out any forms and provide receipts for submission, or call the insurance company for coverage information, granted you have your insurance information. Some insurance companies may require you to be present for verification.
